Many have been eagerly awaiting it: spring has arrived over the past few days, with its renewal, awakening gardens, and the sun in the sky. It's the perfect time to start a detox regimen, to begin the season of beautiful days in great shape.

Missed the boat? Don't worry, there's still time and we’ll show you how. Focus on the birch sap detox course, which is easy and accessible.

The arrival of spring is THE ideal time to begin a detox regimen, to flush out winter toxins and regain a healthy complexion and energy. Today, there are a plethora of options available, from the simplest to the more complex. To start and familiarise yourself with the practice, beginning with a birch sap course is THE right idea. Used since the Middle Ages in Nordic countries, it has long proven its worth.

It's generally between 15 March and 15 April that the precious sap is harvested directly from the birch trunk. Its benefits are numerous (cleansing the kidneys, liver, lungs, skin...) and it's easy to use: simply consume it diluted in water once a day for about three weeks. Packed with amino acids, mineral salts, trace elements, vitamins and plant silicon, birch sap is an ally not to be missed on the journey to summer with ease.

You’ll find a wide selection of birch sap, fresh (to be consumed more quickly) or packaged, at your pharmacy or herbalist shop. However, if you're pregnant, undergoing chemotherapy or have certain kidney conditions, it's advisable to seek the opinion of your doctor.

You're ready for your grand internal cleanse!
