Relations between India and Pakistan remain one of the most volatile dynamics in the world due to a historical territorial dispute.

The conflict in Kashmir has escalated again since last April, following an armed attack in the Pahalgam region, in the Indian-administered part of Kashmir. This attack, which resulted in 26 deaths, is the deadliest in recent years and has caused a serious diplomatic crisis between India and Pakistan.

In response, the Indian army announced the start of hostilities on X, in what it has called operation "Sindoor".
What is concerning, however, is the nuclear factor. Both countries possess nuclear arsenals, with India having around 170 warheads and Pakistan approximately 170-180.

The Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has just postponed his official visit to Croatia, Norway, and the Netherlands due to the current situation, and flights have been restricted in several regions until 10th May.
