Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla, has been forced to halt Cybertruck production due to a major safety issue.

Despite being marketed as "indestructible," several owners have reported that metal panels are falling off their vehicles.

In multiple posts shared on X and the Cybertruck Owners Club website, customers said that Tesla representatives were made aware of the defect, and deliveries have been suspended pending an inspection.

Since its launch, the Cybertruck has faced significant issues, including a faulty accelerator pedal that could get stuck, leading to the recall of 4,000 vehicles last year.

On social media, numerous Cybertruck owners have demonstrated how easily the vehicle’s exterior panels detach.
