The British military intelligence services are convinced that Russia has taken advantage of the recent ceasefire decreed by President Vladimir Putin to rearm.
According to British Intelligence, the Russian truce concerning attacks against Ukraine's energy infrastructure, a truce repeatedly denounced by the Ukrainian government as having been violated, was used by Russia to replenish its stock of "Kodiak" missiles.
These missiles are used in attacks such as the one launched on Thursday against the capital, Kyiv, which resulted in a dozen deaths.

"The Kodiak remains the most used missile by Russia for its large-scale strikes, and the recent 30-day energy ceasefire has allowed Russia to replenish its stock," declared the British Ministry of Defence.
