Elon Musk stated on Wednesday, via a message on his social media network X, that he regrets "some of the posts" he made last week about the President of the United States, Donald Trump.
These posts followed their public confrontation and a series of criticisms and accusations over the past few days.
"I regret some of my posts from last week about President Donald Trump. They went too far," Musk said in a brief message on Wednesday. Previously, the businessman had already retracted and deleted one of his posts in which he accused the American President of being connected to the Jeffrey Epstein sex scandal.
Tensions between the two began after the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX described a bill presented by Trump as an "abomination". This led to an exchange of criticisms, issued via social media and on television shows, which has been ongoing for a few days. Today, Elon Musk has decided to backtrack.
