Passenger goes off the rails, strips naked and defecates on passanger seat

On the 29th of April, passengers on a flight connecting two American cities witnessed a surreal scene: a woman stripped naked before relieving herself on her seat.

According to NBC News, the passenger got entirely naked in front of stunned witnesses. And it didn't stop there as she also defecated on her seat.

Law enforcement was quickly called upon by the crew. Consequently, the woman was met by the police as soon as the aircraft landed. Once it arrived at its destination, at Chicago's Midway Airport, the plane was thoroughly cleaned; an unexpected event that delayed other flights that day, as reported by Demotivateur.

Delays and Apologies

“Our teams are reaching out to those on board to apologise for the situation and any potential delays in their travel itineraries,” stated the airline Southwest Airlines in a release. They added: “Nothing is more important to Southwest than the safety of our customers and employees, and we appreciate the professionalism of our cabin crew.”

This isn't the first incident faced by the American company. Recently, a plane had to be evacuated in Houston due to an engine fire. The company has also stated that its capacities are going to be reduced over the course of the year 2025.
