According to RBC-Ukraine sources, the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) is conducting an operation this Sunday targeting Russian aviation. So far, more than 40 aircraft have already been hit.

"Right now, the Security Service of Ukraine is conducting a large-scale special operation to destroy enemy bomber aircraft inside Russian territory," the sources stated.

They explained that SBU drones are targeting the planes that bombard Ukrainian cities each night.

"At present, it is known that more than 40 aircraft have been struck, including A-50s, Tu-95s, and Tu-22 M3s. For example, video footage shows the Belaya airbase on fire, and you can hear the voice of SBU chief, Lieutenant General Vasyl Malyuk, commenting on the explosions."
This unique special operation has been named Spiderweb. Russian aviation is said to have suffered damages provisionally amounting to over $2 billion (€1.762 billion).
