Toyota Land Cruiser FJ

Toyota Land Cruiser FJ

What a treat! Toyota unveiled a compact version of its Land Cruiser 4x4 at the JMS show. And it retains the style of the classic FJ. This 4.57-meter-long SUV boasts a very distinctive and boxy design. Inside, the dual-screen layout evokes the ambiance of the larger Land Cruiser. This 4x4 recalls the robustness of the older models, while maintaining a modern design.

Toyota Corolla Concept

Toyota Corolla Concept

Yes, this is a Corolla. Toyota's best-selling model is about to enter its 13th generation. This concept, unveiled at the Japan Mobility Show 2025, heralds the evolution of the world's best-selling compact sedan. Judging by this concept, the design is bolder and sportier than the current version. This prototype is more akin to a lowered sports car. Under the hood, it's pure Toyota with new hybrid and plug-in hybrid powertrains. But there will also be electric options.

Century Coupé

Century Coupé

Toyota took advantage of the Japan Motor Show to launch its new ultra-luxury brand. It adopts the name of its prestigious, high-end sedan, the Century. This line aims to compete with Rolls-Royce and Bentley. This majestic coupé is the first model in the range. Century targets a very exclusive clientele seeking extreme luxury with a nod to Japanese automotive history.

Mazda Vision X Compact

Mazda Vision X Coupé

Mazda Vision X

Mazda presented two Vision X concepts. The Coupe (gray) is 5.05m long. Its plug-in hybrid powertrain with a range extender and a twin-rotor Wankel rotary engine develops 503 hp. It would allow for a total range of 800 km, including 160 km in electric mode. The Vision X Compact (red) offers clues about the future Mazda 2. This rounded concept, unveiled at JMS 2025, is 3.83 m long. It features a retro-modern style with a very simple interior, without a central screen.

Honda Super N

Honda Super-N

While the Prelude coupe is (finally) returning to European roads, Honda unveiled the Super-N concept in Tokyo. This prototype of a compact electric city car incorporates a "Boost" mode to unleash its full performance potential. The production model based on this concept, whose interior is said to be "more spacious than the exterior suggests," is slated for a launch in Japan as early as 2026.

Rolls-Royce Phantom Centenary

Rolls-Royce Centenary Private Collection

The luxury car manufacturer will celebrate the 100th anniversary of the legendary Phantom in October 2025. The "Centenary Private Collection" is an ultra-limited series of 25 examples of the current Phantom model. Bespoke details celebrate a century of success and refinement, recalling the journey of this iconic car from 1925 to 2025. This edition is clearly aimed at a wealthy clientele of collectors and luxury car enthusiasts.

Ferrari SC40

Ferrari SC40

This Ferrari will never grace the showroom floor of a Prancing Horse. Revealed in Maranello on October 17th, the SC40 is a unique, one-off special order. This "One-Off" is inspired by the legendary F40. It's based on the architecture of the 296 GTB with its 830 hp hybrid turbo V6. This exclusive model is part of Ferrari's "Special Projects" program, which creates unique vehicles for select clients.

Mercedes Vision Iconic

Mercedes Vision Iconic

Spectacular, with its futuristic, science-fiction-inspired design, the Vision Iconic concept car launches a new stylistic and technological direction for Mercedes-Benz. This rolling sculpture draws its retro inspiration from 1930s Art Deco. As proof, the suspended dashboard is nicknamed "Zeppelin." It nevertheless incorporates futuristic technologies. For example, its paintwork also functions as solar panels. It thus embodies a vision of sustainable, electric luxury from the three-pointed star brand.

Capricorn 01

Capricorn 01

It was in Belgium, at the Zoute Grand Prix in the chic seaside resort of Knokke, that Zagato unveiled the Capricorn 01. This ultra-lightweight coupé is the result of a collaboration between the German company Capricorn, specializing in lightweight materials, and the Italian coachbuilder Zagato. Only 19 examples of this hypercar, described as "analog," are planned. In any case, it is designed to be centered on driving pleasure.

Porsche Macan GTS

Porsche Macan GTS

Despite the turmoil and plummeting profits, Porsche remains active in its electric vehicle range. The manufacturer has introduced a new powertrain for the Macan. The GTS is a sporty version with 571 hp (420 kW) and 955 Nm of torque, featuring launch control. The luxury SUV boasts a WLTP range of 586 km and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.8 seconds.

Aston Martin DB12 S

Aston Martin DB12 S

The Aston Martin DB12 gets an "S" version. The British GT retains its 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine sourced from Mercedes-AMG. Its power has been further increased compared to the standard DB12, now reaching 700 hp (+20 hp). Torque is 800 Nm. The 0 to 100 km/h sprint is achieved in 3.5 seconds.

Lamborghini Manifesto

Lamborghini Manifesto

Lamborghini's Centro Stile celebrated its 20th anniversary with the unveiling of the Manifesto concept. This design study is intended to embody the evolution of the Italian brand's stylistic DNA for the coming decades, even though the bull's paw remains recognizable. The absence of exhaust pipes suggests an electric powertrain, a solution the brand doesn't plan to launch before 2030 with a crossover called the Lanzador. © Lamborghini

Dacia Hipster Concept

Dacia Hipster Concept

Dacia has unveiled a 3-meter-long electric minicar concept, somewhere between a city car in the A segment and a quadricycle. The Hipster aims to become the people's car of tomorrow by focusing on essentials and an ultra-affordable price. It could offer a range of 120 to 150 km thanks to a battery of approximately 15 kWh. A production version is planned for 2027.

Seat Ibiza

Seat is still around and getting a makeover. The Arona and Ibiza (pictured), two mainstays of the Spanish brand, have been restyled.
