The first agreement between Ukraine, Russia, and the United States

Stopping hostilities in the Black Sea: that's the principle agreement reached between Washington, Kiev, and Moscow.

Furthermore, the American presidency announced in a statement the implementation of measures to monitor compliance with a ceasefire limited to energy infrastructure. A measure agreed with Kiev and Moscow.

On Tuesday, the White House indicated that the United States had spoken separately with Ukraine and Russia to ensure the safety of commercial navigation in the Black Sea, reports the media The Independent.

After two days of discussions in Saudi Arabia, an agreement in principle was reached between all parties on ending hostilities in the Black Sea.
