The MAGA galaxy wants Elon Musk expelled from the United States

The conflict between Donald Trump and Elon Musk has reached an unprecedented level of hostility. What began as a privileged collaboration between the president and the South African entrepreneur has turned into a confrontation threatening to trigger serious consequences.

The man who continues to fan the flames is Steve Bannon, the most radical ideologue of Trumpism and the MAGA galaxy. On his show War Room, Bannon openly called for a formal investigation into Musk's immigration background, claiming that Musk "lied on his immigration forms and that, if proven, he should be expelled immediately".

"We can't talk about deporting millions of undocumented immigrants when a billionaire who falsified his visa and exploited the system remains in the country with total impunity,” Bannon declared in an incendiary tone.

He claims to have a "firm belief" that Musk overstayed one of his visas and obtained American citizenship by irregular means. Although Musk has held American citizenship for over twenty years, Bannon questioned the legality of the process that allowed him to acquire it.
