The White House physician has completed a medical evaluation of Donald Trump.
In his first annual check-up in Washington, the President was deemed to be in "excellent cognitive and physical health," according to a memo released by Captain Sean Barbadella.
During the examination, the doctor also noted a scar on Trump's right ear, the result of a firearm injury, referencing the failed assassination attempt against the Republican candidate last July.
After nearly five hours of evaluations, Trump provided blood samples and underwent both physical exams and ultrasounds.
"His active lifestyle continues to contribute significantly to his well-being," Barbadella said.
"President Trump exhibits excellent cognitive and physical health and is fully fit to execute the duties of Commander-in-Chief and Head of State," he added.
The physician reported no cardiac abnormalities.
