A clear message from the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
On Friday, 9 May, a military parade will take place in Moscow to commemorate the victory over Nazi Germany in the Second World War. The Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs is urging other countries not to attend this memorial ceremony in the Russian capital.
"The participation of foreign military personnel in this event is unacceptable and will be considered by Ukraine as an insult to the memory of the victory over Nazism", the ministry stated in a message on the messaging service Telegram.
