Numerous studies have shown that singing in the shower is highly beneficial for both body and mind.

Singing in the shower connects the body and mind; while music helps relieve stress by reducing cortisol, breathing strengthens chest muscles, and vocal vibrations stimulate antibody production. What’s for more, the privacy of the shower creates a judgement-free space that brings joy to everyone: endorphins circulate, self-esteem is boosted, and a good mood appears or is enhanced.

In practical terms, singing in the shower releases endorphins and strengthens the immune system, resulting in stress relief and hormonal regulation, improved respiratory function, and muscle toning.

A study conducted by Showers to You analysed the audio characteristics of songs. The expert ranked the songs according to several variables: beats per minute, danceability, intensity, volume, acoustics, vocabulary density, and percentage of repeated words, ultimately revealing the best songs to sing in the shower.

And it's "Shivers" by Ed Sheeran which was voted the best song to sing in the shower.
