What the United States agreed with Ukraine and Russia

After the peace negotiations in Saudi Arabia, two separate declarations were published - one concerning the agreements between Ukraine and the United States, and the other between the United States and Russia.

"We agreed on silence at sea and free navigation. We're grateful to the American side for this result and for separately discussing infrastructure issues," stated Mr. Zelensky.

One of the key points of the negotiations was the agreement on banning strikes on energy infrastructures in Ukraine and Russia. The President indicated that Kiev had provided the United States with a list of strategic infrastructures requiring special protection.

"The American side believes that silence in the sky regarding energy also applies to other civilian infrastructures. It's already a good result if there are no strikes on energy, it's already significant," emphasised the head of the Ukrainian state.
