Youtuber YaNike (20) from Brussels (Belgium) has crossed the line in creating content. The Brussels public prosecutor is therefore demanding an effective prison sentence of 42 months as the young man does not seem to learn his lesson.

YaNike had posted several videos online showing him pouring buckets filled with, among other things, excrement over metro passengers. The unsuspecting passengers were left stunned each time, and the Youtuber garnered views and followers on his social media. But the Brussels public transport company MIVB filed a complaint, after which the young man was arrested in January 2024.

However, the Youtuber was released quickly under conditions, only to post new videos almost immediately showing him once again pouring a bucket of excrement over some people. The Brussels Youtuber also used his regained freedom to make videos showing him throwing eggs at people in a park in Brussels. The accused also refused the investigating judge's order to delete his YouTube channel.

The public prosecutor is now demanding an effective prison sentence of 30 months against the Youtuber for the 'pranks' with the buckets in metro carriages and 1 year in prison for the egg-throwing and acts of armed resistance.
